As an independent Consultant/Counselor for Seniors & Community, I screen your eligibility for the PA Waiver Program or any other programs and assist your application from beginning to end until you are approved for the benefit. Once you are approved, you will be serviced through HomePlus Care Homecare Agency.
You also have the option to choose your family member to care for you and your family member will get paid for providing the service through the program.Please contact me for more information to end your search for the benefits you deserve.
